Cali Armor is an online store offering a wide range of premium-quality products (hereinafter: “the Website”).
Please Note: No returns or exchanges are accepted during Black Friday sales.
These Terms of Use are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but they apply equally to all genders.
By purchasing from the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Cali Armor.
Purchasing Process
- The Website allows customers to make convenient, safe, and easy purchases online.
- Products can be purchased at any time, subject to stock availability.
- Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer, and the order will be processed only after the transaction is approved by the payment provider.
- Prices on the Website include VAT (where applicable).
- Cali Armor reserves the right to update or change the Website, including but not limited to design, content, and functionality, and may discontinue the sale of products or revoke purchase rights at its sole discretion.
Website Use
By using this Website, you declare that:
- You are over 18 years old.
- You are legally permitted to use the Website.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under these Terms of Use.
- Your account or access to the Website has never been suspended by the company.
You further declare that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and reliable. Any use of another person’s identity or providing false details is a criminal offense. Legal action may be taken against anyone providing false information, and they will be solely responsible for any damages caused to Cali Armor or any third party.
Returns and Cancellations
- An order may be canceled by contacting us via phone or email.
- A cancellation is valid only after receiving a confirmation email from Cali Armor.
- If the cancellation is approved, the customer must return the product at their own expense.
- Returns must be made within 4 days of receipt, in the original packaging and with the original invoice.
Important: Items purchased on SALE are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
For approved cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50 ₪ (or equivalent currency) will be deducted from the refund.
If the cancellation occurs after the product has already been shipped or received, the return shipping cost will also be borne by the customer, in addition to the cancellation fee.
Store Credit
- If a customer cancels a purchase and returns a product, a store credit valid for one month may be issued for future purchases on the Website.
- Credit will be granted only for items returned in perfect condition, free of damage or stains, and in their original packaging.
- To request credit, contact customer service via phone or WhatsApp.
- Credit will only be issued upon written confirmation from a Cali Armor representative.
Product Delivery
- Product delivery is subject to stock availability.
- If an item is out of stock but still displayed on the Website, Cali Armor is not obligated to supply it, and the customer will not have any claim or demand regarding this.
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout within 5 business days of placing the order.
- Cali Armor is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by factors beyond its control, such as technical issues, shipping company delays, postal service interruptions, or force majeure events.
- Product prices do not include delivery costs, which are added during checkout.

Pricing, Promotions, and Updates
- Cali Armor may update product prices and delivery fees from time to time without prior notice.
- The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of completing the order (including payment details). If prices are updated before the order is finalized, the updated prices will apply.
- Cali Armor may offer promotions, discounts, or special deals at its discretion and may modify, replace, or cancel these offers at any time without prior notice.
